CCW is looking for licensed counselors/therapist to provide mental health counseling to the Mid-Shore of Maryland. This is a contractual position. No minimum amount amount of hours require. Therapists set their own schedule. Must be a LCSW-C or LCPC within the state of Maryland

Wendy Kraus, LCPC, Owner
I earned my Bachelors of Psychology (1995) and Masters of Psychology (1998) both from Washington College. I have worked in a variety of areas including private practice, partial hospital programs for youth & adults, school-based therapy, psychiatric rehabilitative services for youth & adults, as well as behavior management & therapy for those with developmental & intellectual disabilities. I also work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress caused by everyday life. I earned my CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner) in 2014. I provide activity-based therapy for youth, providing physical & craft oriented activities to assist them with navigating their challenges & creating solutions & I provide a holistic approach to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for adults that focused on all aspects of their being through mindfulness and behavior change.

Mary Kaul-Black, LCSW-C RYT-500

Mary is a clinical social worker who earned a BASW from Salisbury University in 1996 and an MSW from the University of Kentucky in 1998. She has been licensed in the state of Maryland since 1998 and is a Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners approved Supervisor. Mary works with people who experience issues with depression, anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. She is a dependent of a military Veteran and volunteer fire fighter. Thus, providing her with knowledge of the unique impacts of military and first responder lifestyles and the effects on their loved ones. Mary utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy to assist clients in making the changes that they wish to. Mary sees clients solely by telehealth.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is a person-centered approach provided to individuals middle school aged and up. Counseling is performed in a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused, Behavior Management and Mindfulness.

Family Counseling
Family counseling is a dynamic/fluid approach offered to families struggling to live and work harmoniously. Counseling is performed in an interactive setting where both children and parents have equal responsibility to achieve their goals.
